6. INFRASTRUCTURE REPORT

20/52 Parish Steward Scheme

On his visit of 16thSeptember the Parish Steward cleared overgrowth away from road signs and a road junction as well as clearing drains and gullies in Corton. He was called away for an emergency part way through the morning but returned on the Friday to complete the work.

On his visit of the 14th October he took away pallets from the playing field and cleared drains and gullies in Boyton, he was again called away from PS work to do general winter maintenance work.

He sent photographic evidence of work completed.

20/53 6431856 overgrown bridleway has still not been confirmed as completed.

Wooden Finger post signs

20/54 A request to the Parish Steward to find out responsibility for signs was helpful in confirming that the old black and white signs are the responsibility of the Parish Council, the more modern white thinner ones are WC responsibility.
